Moss automatic machine set for 5 color offset printing on (conical) PP and PS cups
Technical data*:
- production year 1992
- dimensions mounted in the hall are: 2.735 mm width x 9300 mm lenght and 2200 mm height
- it was 3 years in production usage at our place
- on begining was generally renewed with better materials then original (steel instead of aluminium)
- 12.000 pieces per hour (should go till 15.000 max) - in generally 8 hours work
- diameter of cups from 40 mm to 110 mm
- printing on PP and PS plastics cups
- automatic drying on transportation band with IR (better picture quality then UV)
- 1 person minding machine

: infeed table, 8 pusher bars, takeoff device, IR drying band and pile up device
- some extra parts for eg. bars
Machine set is still connected on 380 V grid voltage and can be set in motion. It can take some time and experts to achieve full operability. People who worked on the first place are not at hand, but we have available an expert who was working in Germany on different machines the whole working period who can assist you.
