Description
Mitsubishi MDS-B-SVJ2-07 (MDSBSVJ207) is a 0.7kW MDS series servo drive. The normal voltage for the power supply is 200-230VAC and it runs on 3-phases. The frequency is 50/60Hz. The voltage may be increased in the MDS-B-SVJ2-07 servo motor while keeping the initial 3-phases to 170-253VAC. The frequency may be able to oscillate between +5% to -5%. The servo drive may connect with other servo drives with the CN1A and CN1B port.These are the applicable servo motors which may link with the MDS-B-SVJ2-07 servo motor: HC102, HC-SF102, HC-SF103, HC-MF73, and HC-MF73-S15. Below is described the means of connecting motors of different series to this servo drive.
The HC102, HC-SF102, and HC-SF103 servo motors may link to the MDS-B-SVJ2-07 servo amplifier this way. First the encoder of the servo motor is concatenated with a CNV2C cable (the length may be up to 30M) that then unites with the CN2 port of this servo drive. Then a power cable can be used to link with the screw terminals on the MDS-B-SVJ2-07 servo drive, U, V, and W. One of the wires may be grounded.
For the HC-MF73 and HC-MF73-S15, all connections are the same, but the necessary are different. For connections between the encoder and the CN2 port of the MDS-B-SVJ2-07 servo drive, a detector cable (RM15WTP-10P for the HC-MF73-S15) can be employed along with another connection with a supplementary MR-JHSCBL[]M-H (HC-MF73) or MR-RMCBL[]M (HC-MF73-S15). The power supply cable that is used is the 4-AWG19 for the HC-MF73 and the RM15WTP-4P for the HC-MF73-S15.
