480/3/60 Control Panel housing the following:
New Digital auto tune temperature controllers, QTY (6) HEAT/COOL barrel zones, QTY (2) Adaptor Zones, QTY (6) HEAT/ONLY die zones, including new Solid State relays, circuit breaker protection and associated wiring and thermocouples.
Motor STOP/START Station, Digital screw RPM and Motor Amp Displays and ten turn potentiometer.
200 HP DC Motor.
200 HP New DC Motor Control.
15 KVA 480 VAC to 230 VAC transformers for die power.
QTY (6) Blowers for barrel cooling.
Cast Aluminum Barrel heaters wired for 480 VAC.
Gefran Pressure Monitor alarm audible 1st alarm, and second alarm, motor circuit shut down.
Digital Melt Display.
New contactors with thermal overloads for barrel cooling blowers.
