Shipping Policy
We ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We ship Monday-Friday, and do not ship on holidays. We will ship either by USPS, UPS, or FedEx; we choose the shipping method based on weight and cost. We reserve the right to combine shipping. Please remember that the delivery date provided is an estimated delivery date, and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be in unused condition. We cannot accept returns of items that are partially used. We can NOT accept returns of unsealed fragrance oil and liquid dyes due to purity and sanitary reasons. To receive a refund, the item must be in new condition and identical to the item that you received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is found to be defective. We are NOT responsible for finished products. We recommend testing all items for desired results. Fragrance oils can vary from different manufacturers, and may not be identical to the item you purchased from a different company.
