High Temp Hot Box Ovens Capable of about 1400F
Quantity (1) Zone, 3 Feet long
Center line to be 42 1/2". Hot Box is approximately 30 inches tall to allow plenty of room for product droop if applicable.
High temperature heated area of 32 inches, with a maximum temperature of about 1300' F. Set point controlled by digital autotune temperature controllers, type K thermocouple, and quantity (3) solid state relay to distribute the load.
A NEMA 12 Enclosure mounted to the welded steel frame will house all necessary electrical components including, but not limited to; control transformer, circuit breaker protection of all individual heating element, main line disconnect and any other necessary wiring and control circuitry.
All ovens to be insulated with 2200 F' rated furnace bricks and additional ceramic insulation.
High quality quartz tube style heaters to be used on all ovens to promote long heater life.  Ovens include hinges, positive open position stops and handles.  Heaters are backed by Gold foil.  Replacement heaters are 5 each.
Tubular steel frame to include standard rolling casters and jack screws.
Note, above additional housing is welded stainless steel not aluminum!
Over current protection on all zones standard high temperature alarms are optional.
Ends of all tanks have "doors" to be cut to size for the extrusion shape and size being extruded.
