Here is a 7.50 hp Chiller air cooled with 1 1/4 MPT  water connections all stainless NEW flatplate heat exchanger  rated at 450 PSI.
Unit is setup right now to hold water temperature at 50 degree F.
Digital temp control can  be set form 65F to 48F  with full flow of 30 GPM  to 50 GPM for continuous running. Great for Building Air conditioning that use water system.

Please note: Can be set for lower water temperatures but fluid must be brine or have antifreeze lowest temp. would be around 10 degrees F.
I will give 1 year warranty on parts ___except heat exchanger__ if I'm there for start up locally  within 100 miles of wenatchee, WA. You can buy and pick up but will be  sold AS IS.  Or  I can crate up and take to local shipping terminal of your choice  for extra 0 you must make arrangements with shipper.
