Frame Mounted Control Panel Housing the Following:
1.   QTY (4) HEAT/COOL barrel zones, QTY (4) HEAT/ONLY die zones, including solid state relays, circuit breaker protection and associated wiring and thermocouples, New AMS fuzzy logic Digital  Temperature Controllers

Motor STOP/START station, with Screw RPM and Motor Amp Displays, and ten turn potentiometer.
3.   40 HP Vector AC Motor
4.   40 HP Inverter
5.   1000 VA Control Transformer for 115 VAC controls
6.   Barrel heaters wired for 480 VAC.
7.   Die Heater Receptacles
8.   New Gefran Digital Melt Pressure Display/Melt Temperature Display.
9.   New Gefran 10000 PSI Transducer with Melt Probe
10. 150 Amp 480 VAC Disconnect
11. 7.5KVA 1 phase transformer for Die Power and convenience outlets,
12. Additional two 480 VAC and two 230 VAC  electrical outlets in main extruder electrical panel with circuit breaker protection,
Mechanical Specifications and Hardware include the Following:
1.   24 to 1 Bi-metallic Barrel Honed for New Screw fitment.
2.  Heated Swing Gate
3.   Barrier Screw Design with Spiral Maddoch Mixer for TPE. This will Pump Approx 225 LBS of material per hour.  Screw built to fit above barrel after honing
4.   Stainless Steel Hopper Approximately 250 LBS Capacity.
5.   Completely refurbished Double Reduction Gear Box Approx. 17 to 1 Ratio.
6.   Machine to be geared 0-120 Screw RPM.
7.   10,000 PSI Rupture Disc
8.   Frame Mounted NEMA 12 Control Panel
9.   New barrel Insulation and Barrel Cover.
10. Barrel Heaters wired 480 VAC
